The Dominion Public Building is one of Conrad Paintings proudest accomplishments to date. With over 100 different colours and coating systems including 12 speckled finishes, 7 marbellized finishes, gold leafing and 4 types of veiling, this presented Conrad Painting with one of its toughest challenges. Although the project doubled in value during the construction, we were still able to complete the project on time.
CITY HALL RENOVATIONS,

This project included the repainting of nine floors of the East Tower office areas as well as the meeting rooms and Elevator lobbies. This project presented a very tough schedule that had to be met due to the relocating of many offices from the Metro Hall Building. Each Floor had to be completed in one week with an overall schedule of 8 weeks for all of the trades work. It took a great amount of coordination with the General Contractor and the other trades to successfully complete the project on time.

This project has begun and presents Conrad Painting with one of its largest challenges for the start of the new Millenium. This project has over 500, 000 square feet of block to be painted as well as over 1000 security doors + frames to be painted. This is a pure production project and therefore must be organized well in advance of starting to make sure that all of the sequencing is correct or the project could take much longer than estimated.
